The Electronic Systems Laboratory (ESL) is an interdisciplinary laboratory conducting researches in nano- and microelectronic systems.
The laboratory’s mission is to explore advanced electronic devices, semiconductor materials and electronic packaging for next-generation electronic systems.
Major activities include pioneering research into highly conductive and transparent oxide devices, semiconductor materials properties and processing, 3-D interconnect structures and wafer level packaging systems.
ESL is conducting many of our researches through a set of shared laboratory facilities. Through the innovative work of ESL new technology will be created for the faster, smarter, more cost-effective electronic devices and systems.
